Freemasons Victoria Elrona Lodge 384 which meets at the Greensborough Masonic Centre in Esther Street Greensborough, has once again supported Kalparrin with an exceedingly generous donation of $4,000.
Kalparrin CEO Mark Baigent received the cheque at the Elrona Lodge’s monthly meeting and dinner. $2000 of the funds were raised over the past twelve months through several fundraising events undertaken by the Lodge members who then made submission to the Freemasons Foundation (Benevolent Trust) to have the funding increased, which meant the Lodge was able to donate $4,000 to Kalparrin.
The funds will be used to help cover the costs of construction of Kalparrin’s new Therapy Equipment Storage Room which has recently received building approval from Banyule City Council. Construction will commence within the next few weeks.
