Freemasons Foundation Victoria (FFV) has announced that Neil Cripps, Executive Officer and Company Secretary, will be stepping down from his position, effective 21 February 2025.
Neil has served as Executive Officer and Company Secretary of FFV for nine years and has made a significant contribution to the Foundation’s growth and impact over his time. The Board thanks Neil for his service and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
Over the last six months, the Board has been reviewing the current FFV Strategy (2023-2028) and has agreed to evolve the Foundation’s organisational structure.
This shift will see the introduction of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) role, with support from the newly developed roles of Finance Manager/Company Secretary and the Marketing, Grants, and Communications Manager. The current Executive Officer role will be made redundant.
FFV is pleased to announce that Theresa Mangion has been appointed as Marketing, Grants and Communications Manager.
The Board has commenced recruitment for the CEO and Finance Manager/Company Secretary roles and is focused on appointing individuals who share FFV’s vision to contribute to a stronger and healthier Victoria through thoughtful and purposeful charitable support and community involvement.
